Seven of the nine Reformer beds at reef have a KioskPro screen at the foot of them. You book the bed instead of a class, pick a session by length, level and the part of you that needs the work, put your headphones in and press play. More than 800 guided sessions, from five in the morning until ten at night, every day of the week.
KioskPro is made by Your Reformer, who build the beds. It is a screen mounted where you can see it while you are lying down, loaded with on demand Reformer classes you start yourself.
Their library runs to more than 800 sessions across more than 31 categories, from fifteen minute express workouts to a full hour. You choose the one you want, connect your headphones over Bluetooth, and an instructor talks you through every move, including which springs to put on before you start.
It means a bed at reef is never waiting for a timetable. If there is a free machine and the doors are open, there is a class on it.
KioskPro and the session library are products of Your Reformer. Session counts are theirs and grow over time.
Nobody shouts your name. Nobody puts you in a line. Here is the whole thing.
Any time between 5am and 10pm, on the day and at the hour you picked. There is always someone at the front, and they will point you at your bed if it is your first time.
Tap the screen at the foot of the bed. Filter by how long you have got, how hard you want it, and what hurts. The shortest are fifteen minutes.
The instructor on screen tells you which ones, in plain words, before every single exercise. There is a chart on the frame as well.
Headphones in, your own music volume, your own pace. Pause it if you need to. Nobody is waiting for you to finish.
Shower, sit in the infrared, get a coffee at the front, or walk straight back out onto Wyle Cop. Your call.
Book a 6:45pm on Tuesday three weeks out. Work runs late. You lose the class and the money, you feel bad about it, and you do not rebook.
Take a bed at the hour that suits you that week. Five in the morning in January, half nine at night in June. The session is on the screen either way.
Book a class or an hour one to one instead. The screens do not replace people here, they just mean a bed is never useless because an instructor is busy.
Worth saying plainly Everything on this page describes the machine and the library on it. Nothing here is a claim about what Pilates will do to your body, and nothing here is medical advice.
Two minutes. You get your Pilates type, a twelve week plan and the founder place that fits.
