What you will be able to book

Five things,
one building.

Duet

The same hour, shared with a friend or your partner. Two reformers, one instructor, and considerably more fun.

Hear first

Instructor-led classes

Small groups capped by the number of machines in the room. Foundations for beginners, progressions when you want them.

Beginners start here

Guided sessions

Book a reformer rather than a class. Choose the style, length and difficulty, headphones in, your own pace.

How it works

Infrared

Warm, quiet, and twenty minutes you will not want to give up. Add it to any session or book it on its own.

About infrared

The café

Coffee, matcha, smoothies and somewhere soft to sit at the front of the building. Open to everyone, not only members.

How it will work

Three commitments,
and one promise.

01

Pay as you go

Single sessions, no membership, no direct debit. The option plenty of people never move on from, and that is completely fine.

02

Packs

Buy a handful of sessions at a lower rate per session, valid for months rather than weeks, so a holiday or a bad month does not cost you.

03

Membership

For when reef is simply part of the week. Monthly rolling, no joining fee, no minimum term, no retention phone call.

The promise: you will never need a spreadsheet to work out what something costs, and nobody at reception will try to upgrade you.
